Belly Watch 2011 - 33 weeks

In terms of my belly, things have definitely been getting a little more awkward and intense lately. I am bumping into more things and it is harder to get up from low places. Also, I am starting to get some strech marks on the bottom of my belly - looks like I've been wearing elastic pants that are too tight :)
My back pain has been getting more noticable as well (It's hard work carrying around the little guy all day!). Fortunately, I am still able to sleep pretty darn well. Even when I wake up to use the restroom, I am typically able to go back to sleep right away, which is nice. I figure I should stock up while I can! Here are some recent belly pics:

Finished Nursery

We happened to get Miles' toy chest and changing table yesterday and had some time this morning to put everything together. Here is the final outcome. I love it!

Nursery Flip

So, I am quite excited about how the nursery came together. Here are some before shots:

And (drum roll please)...here are the after shots!

This truly was a group effort. My father in law, brother in law, and Andrew laid the carpet down. My sister in law, Amanda, did the wall decal (doesn't it look awesome!?). Grandpa Littlefield stained the dresser and rocking chair. My mom and I decopauched the "Miles" letters. My mother and father-in-law gave us the beautiful cherry wood crib. They also got a changing table, but we found out it was damaged in shipping, so we are getting a new one. Andrew and my brother in law, Ryan, put together the crib.  My mother in law also helped accessorize the nursery with lamps and curtains which really pulled everything together. Also not pictured, is the cherry wood toy chest that my mom got for Miles. That is being shipped. I will probably post some more pics once the changing table and toy chest have arrived. Until then, I will look forward to peeking in the nursery every once in a while to build the excitment a little more.  Thanks everyone! We are feeling quite well-loved!

This guy's face just made me laugh...

No real updates on Miles. My next Dr's appointments are next Monday. Also, this Sunday and Monday, my in-laws will be helping me to set up the nursery. So, expect some pictures of that coming soon!
